'The Authentic Colt Blackpowder Series' Modern reproduction of the 3rd Dragoon percussion revolver with .44 caliber bore. Features a 7 1/2" half octagonal blued barrel. Blade front sight, notched rear sight. Non- fluted 6 shot non-fluted with roll stamped cylinder scene with oval stops. All matching numbers, checkered hammer spur, smooth walnut grips, round brass trigger guard. Case hardened frame, loading lever and hammer. Includes original factory black cardboard box with documents. Revolver retains 80% of it's bright blued finish with losses and light oxidation and approx. 60% finish retained on cylinder with remainder being brown patina and bare metal. Action is mechanically sound, bore is clear, case colors are vivid and wood grips are very good. Condition is Good+ ***Antique Firearm***
